Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement for Tobacco Dependence and Other Drug use in Methadone Treatment
Opiate users are frequently also smokers. This project will look at how an intervention targeting smoking will help control opiate use. Participants will receive traditional treatment for both opiate and smoking cessation, with some participants also receiving additional group therapy over 8 weeks targeting smoking.
